Welcome to Linekind Press. By using linekindpress.com and buying our products, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell original printable coloring books and printables as digital downloads (PDF), designed to be printed at home on A4 or US Letter paper. Each design is created with the help of AI, then carefully curated and refined by hand for quality. Physical editions may also be available through third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon), which are governed by those platforms’ own terms.

2. Your licence (personal use)

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• download and keep the files;
• print as many copies as you like for yourself and your household;
• share photos of your finished, colored-in pages.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, whether free or for payment;
• use the artwork or pages for commercial purposes;
• upload the files to file-sharing, print-on-demand or stock sites;
• claim the artwork as your own.

3. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text and branding are © Karol Nowak / Linekind Press and are protected by copyright. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered as an instant download link on the order confirmation page and by email. If you don’t receive your download, contact kontakt@karolnowak.eu and we’ll sort it out.

6. Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and exceptions.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Our products are provided for personal enjoyment on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
