Our products are digital, downloadable printable coloring books (PDF), delivered instantly after purchase. Please read this before you buy.
Digital goods and your right of withdrawal
Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, when you complete your purchase and start your download you ask us to begin delivery right away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for that content, as allowed under EU and Polish consumer law for digital content supplied with your prior consent. This means purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has started.
When we do refund or replace
We want you to love your coloring books. We’ll gladly fix the problem or refund you if:
- the file is corrupted, won’t open, or won’t download;
- you received the wrong file;
- the product was materially not as described.
How to ask for help
Email hello@linekindpress.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue (a screenshot helps). We’ll reply quickly and, where a refund is due, issue it to your original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
