This Privacy Policy explains how Linekind Press (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit linekindpress.com or buy our printable coloring books and printables.

What we collect

• Order & billing details: your name, email address, billing address and country, and the products you buy.
• Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies needed to run the shop and, optionally, to understand traffic.
• Anything you send us by email or through a contact form.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To process your order and deliver your download: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To issue receipts and keep accounting records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To provide customer support: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To send you marketing emails: only if you opt in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share it with

We only share what is necessary, with processors who help us run the shop:

• Stripe: payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Our hosting provider: website and database hosting.
• Email/delivery services: to send order confirmations and download links.

We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept for as long as Polish tax law requires (currently five years from the end of the accounting year). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your query.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, ask for portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl). To exercise any right, email hello@linekindpress.com.
